Sexual Assaults on Child at San José College

Police in Las Rozas are investigating allegations of sexual assault against a 6-year-old student at San José College by two 11-year-old classmates. Additional victims and the involvement of a third party in recording the acts are being probed.

Sources indicate that San José College has already recorded other episodes of physical (non-sexual, as far as is known) violence against young students: in fact, contact is being made with other parents who have claimed that their children had some type of injury, although not related to the students now reported.

On the one hand, it concerns the classmates of the public San José school, located in the Las Matas neighborhood; on the other, a complaint has been filed against the school's management for alleged negligence in monitoring what was happening there.

They forced him to do things that can only be described as sexual assaults, the same sources indicate.

Similarly, the possibility that a third party, who did not actively participate in the abuse, was in charge of recording some of these episodes is under investigation.

Experts have been warning about this for years and hold parents responsible for what their children may do.

Civil Guard investigators are drafting the mandatory report, with testimonies from the victim, the alleged perpetrators, and other parents, as well as the rest of the educational community.

That is, they cannot be brought to trial, nor can they be detained.

The victim, as happens in so many such cases, has had to stop attending classes at the public San José school.

The parents of the victim point to two fifth-grade students, aged 11, as the authors of the facts.

In reality, there are two complaints from the parents of the 6-year-old child. Additionally, as ABC has learned, there would be a third primary school student who allegedly recorded the events with a mobile phone.

Beyond the seriousness of the incident, it should be noted that the accused, being under 14 years of age, have no criminal responsibility whatsoever. Their parents have been informed of the situation, and as a measure, they may be placed under monitoring by specialists if the judicial authorities so deem.

Agents from the Las Rozas main police station's Judicial Police are investigating the scope of the complaint filed for alleged sexual assaults against a 6-year-old child at a school in the municipality.

This is another consequence of the indiscriminate access that young people, and even pre-teens, currently have to pornography.

Now, the Fugitive Location Section has caught up with him.

The story broke a few days ago, in mid-November, when the minor's parents, who is in the first year of primary school, saw that he had bruises, blows, and signs of pinches, as reported yesterday by Cadena Ser and confirmed by ABC from police sources.

They asked him, and the little boy, very frightened, not only explained those marks but also told a chilling story of the abuse he would have suffered by the older children in the playground.

Another of the aspects being investigated is whether there are more cases.

Due to their nature, it is impossible for the videos to be uploaded to social networks, although it is not ruled out that they may be on some mobile devices.

Another aspect being investigated is whether there are more cases.

The Head of the Presidency, Justice and Government Spokesperson, Miguel Ángel García Martín, confirmed that the center is providing all the information it has and called for prudence.

Furthermore, although the matter came to light just a few days ago, everything points to these events possibly having started at the beginning of the school year, in September, when the minor began first grade of primary school at the public San José school.

The center issued an internal communication to all parents on November 18th.

They wanted to send a message of "reassurance" and stressed that all necessary actions are being carried out, following official guidelines and guaranteeing the protection and well-being of the students.

From the Ministry of Education, they state they are monitoring that the protocol for sexual assaults is being followed to the letter.
